MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB: | To fulfil the responsibilities of the Field Service Engineer and effectively support all customers in the Polokwane and surrounding areas. |

PREFERRED MINIMUM EDUCATION: | National Diploma, CompTIA A+; Comptia N+ |
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS: | Incident Management Hardware Support Software support IMACD Management 1st Line network support. Customer relationship management |
PREFERRED MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: | 2 years in Field Support mainly hardware and software support |
CRITICAL COMPETENCIES: | Technical skills (software and hardware) Customer relations/focus Enterprise tools/systems administrative skills Planning and organizing Communication Reporting skills |
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS | Driver’s License Own transport essential - must be willing to travel Willing to work flexible hours as well as perform standby duties |
